Get everyone moving on the same hire.
One pipeline, one inbox, one calendar. Your team sees the same picture, the busywork runs itself, and offers go out the day you decide.
5,000+ growing businesses hire on AvaHR without a recruiting team.
Build the stages you actually hire in.
A phone screen, a ride-along, a working interview. Name your own stages per role, drag candidates through them, and everyone sees the same board without a status meeting.
- Stages you name, different per role if you need them
- Drag to move, and the candidate is notified for you
- One shared view instead of four private spreadsheets
The follow-up that always slips.
Set the rule once and AvaHR does the chasing. Move a candidate and the email goes out, the interviewer is notified, the rejection is sent kindly, all without anyone remembering to do it.
- Triggers on stage moves, scores, dates and inactivity
- Sends email or text, assigns owners, adds tasks
- Every action logged on the candidate, so nothing is a mystery
Every reply in one place, not four phones.
Texts and emails from candidates land in a shared inbox the whole team can see. Assign a conversation, leave an internal note, and nothing gets answered twice or not at all.
- Email and SMS in one thread per candidate
- Assign an owner so a reply is never nobody’s job
- Internal notes your team sees and the candidate never does
Book the interview without the back and forth.
Candidates pick from the times you are genuinely free, because AvaHR reads the calendar you already live in. Invites, reminders and reschedules handle themselves.
You send one link
It shows only the times your real calendar says you are free, for whichever interviewers need to be there.
They pick a slot
The invite lands in both calendars, the candidate gets reminders, and the slot disappears for everyone else.
Changes handle themselves
Every invite carries a reschedule link, so a moved interview never becomes four unanswered messages.
Connected to the calendar you already use
Google Calendar and Gmail sync both ways, so a booking here is a booking there and a conflict never gets double-booked.
Decide today, signed today.
Generate the offer from your own template, send it for signature, and store it signed on the candidate. The gap between yes and started is where good hires get poached.
- Your template, filled from the candidate record automatically
- Signed on a phone, no printer and no PDF round trip
- Countersigned, stored and searchable on the profile
Everything that gets the offer signed.
Every Collaborate & Hire feature is included from day one, on every plan.
My Day
The short list of what actually needs you today, instead of a dashboard you have to interpret first.
Team collaboration
Notes, mentions and decisions live on the candidate, not buried in one person's inbox.
Approval workflows
Route an offer or a new req to whoever signs off, and see where it is waiting.
Powerful filters
Slice by stage, score, tag, source or date, then save the view.
Custom user roles
Give a hiring manager what they need and nothing they do not.
Partners & integrations
Background checks, payroll, onboarding and Zapier, connected to the tools you already pay for. A signed hire becomes an employee record without anyone retyping it.
The features with their own section above are on the same plan as the six here. No add-ons, no per-seat fees, no upgrade tier.
“We stopped having the Monday meeting about who was talking to who. It is all on the board, and the follow-ups go out whether I remember them or not.”
Before you move your team over.
Still deciding? A specialist who knows your industry will walk the whole flow with you.
Can each role have a different pipeline?
Yes. Name your own stages and set them per role, so a dispatcher hire can skip the ride-along a technician needs. Moving a candidate between stages is a drag, and any automation attached to that stage fires on its own.
What can automations actually do?
Trigger on a stage move, a score threshold, a date or a stretch of inactivity, then send an email or text, notify an interviewer, assign an owner or add a task. Every action is logged on the candidate so you can always see what went out and when.
Does the shared inbox use my own email address?
Connect Gmail and messages send and receive from your address while staying threaded on the candidate. Texts come from a number tied to the account rather than anyone's personal phone, so conversations do not walk out the door with an employee.
How does scheduling avoid double-booking?
AvaHR reads free and busy from your connected Google Calendar, so candidates only ever see times you are genuinely open. Bookings write back to that calendar, and every invite carries a reschedule link so a change does not become five emails.
Can I limit what a hiring manager sees?
Custom user roles control access per role and per job. An interviewer can score the people they are meeting without seeing salary or other openings, and approvals route to whoever actually signs off.
