Do I need a Zapier account?

Yes. This connection runs through Zapier, and their free tier covers a low volume of hires. If you are hiring steadily you will likely want one of their paid plans.

Does data sync both directions?

The standard setup pushes hires from AvaHR into RingCentral, since that matches the order the work actually happens in. You can build a return flow in Zapier if you need one.

Is the integration included in my plan?

There is no extra AvaHR charge to connect RingCentral. You pay for your AvaHR plan and, if you exceed their free tier, your Zapier plan.

What if I need a custom field mapping?

You can map any AvaHR field in Zapier. For anything beyond that, our API is open and our team will help you wire it.
