6. Google and Microsoft Account Data
If you connect a Gmail or Outlook mailbox to send candidate communications and calendar invites from your own address, we access only your email address (to identify your account) and use your authorization to send messages and create calendar events on your behalf. We do not read, store, or access the contents of your mailbox.
We store your OAuth access and refresh tokens in encrypted form for as long as your account remains connected. When you disconnect your account (available anytime from your Profile settings), we revoke the authorization with Google/Microsoft and permanently delete the stored tokens immediately. We do not use Google user data to train or improve AI/ML models, and we do not transfer this data to third parties except as required to provide the sending and calendar features described above.
