They are comparing you to the shop down the road.
Good candidates look you up before they apply. A culture profile shows them who you actually are, and it attaches itself to every job you post.
Most of it is written before you start.
Pick the template for your trade, adjust the parts that are actually yours, and it rides along with every job you post from then on.
Start from your trade
Pick HVAC, plumbing, electrical, landscaping, auto, dental or a general starting point. The values, the tone and the structure are already written for how your industry actually hires.
Let Ava draft it, or build it yourself
Ava writes a first pass from your template, or you assemble it from ten sections. Change the accent color and it is yours.
Attach it and forget it
Set it as your company default and every job carries it, or pick a different profile per role. Edit once and every live posting updates.
Ten blocks, and you only fill in the ones you mean.
Picking a template drops its sections straight onto the canvas with the copy already written. Name it, pick the accent your careers page uses, drag the order around, and delete anything that is not true about your shop.
The page that answers “what are they like to work for?”
This is the profile attached to every Aktiv Insight posting. Same content, whether they found the job on Indeed or on your careers page.
We fix homes and build careers.
Family-owned in Phoenix since 2009. Most of our crew leads started here as apprentices, and we still promote that way. Twenty-two people, four trucks, and nobody working a Saturday they did not choose.
The page that made them apply.
“We were losing people to a bigger outfit down the road who just looked more professional online. Putting real photos and what we actually offer on the posting changed who bothered to apply.”
Culture profiles are one part of Recruit & Engage.
The rest of the group gets your opening in front of the right people once the profile is doing its job.

Still deciding? A specialist who knows your industry will walk the whole thing with you.
Do I need a designer or a developer?
Neither. You upload photos, write a couple of lines and tick the perks you offer. The layout, the typography and the mobile version are handled for you, and it is live as soon as you save.
Does the profile show up on job boards too?
It is attached to every posting, so a candidate who finds the job on Indeed or Google sees the same profile as one who lands on your careers page. You write it once rather than rewriting an "about us" paragraph into every listing.
What if I do not have good photos?
Phone photos of the actual crew and the actual shop beat stock imagery every time, and candidates can tell the difference. Start with three, and swap them whenever you get better ones. Every live posting picks up the change.
Can different roles have different profiles?
Yes. Most businesses run one profile, but if a second location or a very different team needs its own story you can build another and choose which postings use it.
