We are searching for a competent and experienced Sales Support Specialist to join our expanding sales team. As our new team member, you will perform a variety of administrative and logistical duties to support the team. You will process and monitor orders, rush orders, and customer requests, and respond to customers’ phone calls and emails. Furthermore, you will monitor sales performance indicators, brainstorm new sales strategies, and work on improving sales targets.

As a Sales Support Specialist, you will also be responsible for identifying issues and problems with orders, deliveries, and payments and providing timely solutions to maintain customer satisfaction. Also, you will manage calendars and schedule meetings and appointments.
