Our company is hiring a qualified Analytics Manager to join our team. As an Analytics Manager, your main job will be to lead and supervise a team of analysts through various projects and analyze and interpret large amounts of data to help improve the business performance. You will establish strategies for effective data analysis, implement analytics solutions, and recommend actions for business improvement based on data findings and conclusions.
You will implement systems that will transform raw data into business insights and boost productivity, track key performance metrics of various departments, and oversee all analytics operations to ensure quality. You will write and present reports on findings, evaluate the performance of your team, and conduct training sessions to help other employees understand data analysis.
You should have outstanding data analysis, communication, leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, statistics, mathematics, data management, business intelligence, or a related field
