We are looking for a motivated Assistant Coach to join our team! As an Assistant Coach, you will be working directly with a head coach, assisting him with planning and executing training sessions, workouts, and sports events. You will be responsible for creating and managing training schedules, preparing and maintaining equipment, and collecting information about players, such as their weight, height, performance statistics, etc.
Your main goal will be to help the head coach deliver quality coaching and help players develop their sports skills, as well as their physical and mental condition. You will motivate, guide, and encourage players to work hard, analyze their performance, and implement strategic adjustments and improvements. In the end, you will also help with budget management and record maintenance.
As a successful Assistant Coach, you should have excellent communication, leadership, motivation, organization, analytical, and decision-making skills.
Duties and responsibilities
- Assist in planning and organizing practice sessions, workouts, and sports events
- Assist the head coach in establishing training schedules and delivering quality coaching
- Maintain and prepare training equipment
- Maintain information records of players, including training sessions, games, performance statistics weight, height, etc
- Observe and analyze players’ performance and make strategic adjustments as needed

- Bachelor’s degree in a sports-related field, such as physical education or athletic training
