Our office is looking for an organized and meticulous Assistant to join our team. As an Assistant, you will be performing a variety of clerical and administrative duties during the day. You will be providing efficient and accurate support to managers and other employers. Additionally, your responsibilities include greeting and directing visitors, answering phone calls and emails, scheduling meetings, conferences, and other activities, and monitoring and ordering office supplies.
