Our school is looking for an experienced Athletic Director to hire. As a member of our sports department, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing athletic programs, events, and activities to ensure their smooth and successful execution. You will hire new coaches and staff members, evaluate their performance, and coordinate with them on scheduling games, practices, and other activities. You will also arrange the purchase of athletic equipment and inspect facilities to ensure they are up to standards, safe, and clean.
As our Athletic Director, you will plan and manage budgets for sporting activities, equipment, salaries, travel arrangements, and other expenses. Your job will also be to prepare reports on teams’ performance, progress, development, and areas of improvement.
