We are hiring an experienced Billing Specialist to join our financial department. As a Billing Specialist, you will be responsible for issuing invoices and preparing billing statements for clients. You will also track, receive, and sort incoming payments, process payments by updating clients’ accounts, and manage and update accounts receivable databases. In addition, you will manage and update documents, files, and other materials, as well as enter data into the computer billing system.
In this position, you will also be responsible for monitoring the status of accounts and balances to identify inconsistencies and errors and provide solutions to problems. A part of your job will be to provide customer service to clients by helping them with payment processes and informing them about outstanding debts and deadlines.

- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or business administration
- Prior working experience as a Billing Specialist, Billing Analyst, or a similar position
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office and ERP Software

- Knowledge of various billing, payment, and invoicing methods and processes
