We are hiring a competent Bridal Stylist who will make our clients look stunning on their wedding day. As a Bridal Stylist, you will be responsible for meeting with future brides and determining their style and preferences regarding their wedding look. Then, you will help them select a wedding gown and appropriate accessories to complement their overall look. You will take measurements, monitor fitting, and alternations, and suggest hairstyle and make-up for a special day.
Your aim as a Bridal Stylist is to ensure future brides feel comfortable and beautiful in their chosen wedding attire and that accessories, such as veils, headpieces, and gloves, fit perfectly. To be successful in this position, you should have a strong knowledge of various gown styles, fabrics, cuts, and colors, as well as outstanding customer service, communication, organization, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
Duties and responsibilities
- Meet with clients to discuss their style, vision, and preferences
- Assist clients to pick wedding gowns and bridesmaid dresses
- Recommend wedding gowns to clients based on their size, body type, and taste
- Recommend jewelry, veils, shoes, headpieces, and other accessories to complement the wedding look
- Suggest hairstyle designs and make-up for wedding day
- Inform clients about various styles, colors, fabrics, and cuts of wedding gowns
- Take measurements and monitor gown fitting and alternations
- Schedule and coordinate follow-up fittings, deliveries, and returns
- Provide accurate pricing and gown maintenance information
- Keep a record of bridal gown stock and accessories inventory

Requirements
- High school diploma or a GED
- Professional certification in wedding planning, fashion design, or bridal styling
- Working experience as a Bridal Stylist, Bridal Consultant, or a similar role
- Sales experience is an advantage
