What education this role needs.
The educational requirements for a CEO depend on the employer and the industry. The educational requirements for a CEO typically include a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
Many CEOs also hold advanced degrees such as a Master of Business Administration (MBA), which provides in-depth knowledge of leadership, strategy, and corporate finance.
While not always mandatory, an MBA or similar qualification is often preferred, especially in larger organizations. In some industries, specific technical or industry-related degrees may also be valuable for a CEO role.
