Our company is hiring a Corporate Recruiter for our team. Your job will be to coordinate with various departments to determine hiring requirements and plan hiring processes. You will be responsible for researching and sourcing prospective candidates through job boards, resume databases, and social media networks, scheduling and conducting interviews, background checks, and in-person meetings, and evaluating candidates’ qualifications and skill sets to determine their competence.
Additionally, you will keep track of recruitment metrics, organize and attend job fairs to network with prospective individuals, and manage internal and external communication with candidates. Ultimately, you will implement talent acquisition strategies, manage an accurate database of candidates, and guide candidates throughout the hiring process.
