We are hiring a Counter Sales for our growing sales team! In this position, you will be mainly responsible for welcoming, greeting, and communicating with customers, understanding their needs and demands, and selling them products. You will provide professional and quality customer service by answering questions, providing accurate information about the products, and effectively resolving concerns and issues.
Furthermore, you will assist in ordering merchandise and restocking inventory, compiling and maintaining sales reports, reporting issues and accidents to management, processing payments and refunds, and maintaining customer data. You will also keep the workplace clean and tidy and adhere to the store’s rules and regulations.
