We are hiring a Data Modeler to join our company’s growing IT department. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying business requirements and designing and developing corresponding data models. You will define physical, logical, and conceptual levels of databases, implement and maintain data modeling standards, and analyze and evaluate data systems and models for efficiency, optimization, and quality.
As a Data Modeler, you will also be in charge of creating data structures, dictionaries, and tables, analyzing data requirements for business intelligence, and implementing data modeling tools and development techniques. Ultimately, you will identify and resolve data-related issues and malfunctions and review changes and modifications to existing systems.
To be successful as a Data Modeler, you should have outstanding technical and database design skills, as well as excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and math skills.
Duties and responsibilities

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in data science, information technology, computer science, information science, or a similar field
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with relational and physical data modeling
- Strong knowledge of mathematical principles and statistical analysis
- Experience with data warehousing, big data platforms, and business intelligence tools
- Basic understanding and usage of programming languages
