We are hiring a Dental Insurance Coordinator who will help us manage and streamline our insurance processes. In this position, you will be responsible for collecting, verifying, and managing patients’ dental insurance benefits and claims, analyzing insurance policies, determining coverage for specific services, and estimating costs for patients based on their insurance coverage. You will also prepare and process claims for insurance companies.
In addition, your job will be to communicate with patients about their insurance information and billing processes and ensure they understand their financial responsibilities and benefits. You will also enter patients’ and insurance data into management systems, maintain reports of all insurance activities, process insurance payments and refunds, and coordinate with other staff on scheduling meetings and appointments.
