We are looking for a talented and experienced Design Director to join our company. Being a Design Director carries responsibilities such as coordinating and supervising design processes for products and services from start to finish, meeting with clients to determine their goals and visions for design projects, and developing strategic design plans. Furthermore, you will establish visual concepts, including brochures, TV commercials, billboards, websites, and social media content, and create storyboards and mockups to visualize projects.
As our Design Director, your primary goal will be to develop effective branding strategies for products and services that should result in increased sales and larger customer engagement. You will also hire, motivate, and inspire members of the graphic team and ensure their work is consistent and in adherence with the company’s goals and standards.

Duties and responsibilities
- Coordinate and supervise design processes of products and services
- Meet with clients to establish their vision for design projects

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, fine arts, advertising, computer art, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a managerial role or a senior-level design experience
- Extensive knowledge of graphic design and appropriate tools (Illustrator, AutoCAD, etc)
- Ability to lead design projects and turn visions into successful designs
