Our company is looking for a new Master Scheduler. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and coordinating production schedules on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis, delivering schedules to relevant staff members, and updating schedules according to changes, improvements, and adjustments. You will collaborate with staff members and stakeholders to understand project requirements and provide accurate reports that indicate project status, metrics, and performance.
Additionally, you will suggest improvements to scheduling processes, tools, and methodologies to enhance efficiency, assess the quality of products, and evaluate and mitigate risks that may impact the schedule. Ultimately, you will supervise the scheduling team and scheduling activities on site.

Duties and responsibilities

- Make sure all relevant staff members receive the production schedule
- Update and maintain the master schedule considering changes, improvements, and adjustments
- Collaborate with project managers, stakeholders, and other team members to understand project requirements and objectives
- Evaluate and mitigate risks and issues that may impact the schedule
- Provide accurate reports and visualizations that indicate project status, metrics, and performance

- Assess the quality of products to ensure they meet client expectations
- Supervise and monitor staff members to ensure they meet project deadlines

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business management, operations management, supply chain management, or a related field
