At the minimum, a high school diploma or equivalent is required. This provides the basic educational foundation for the role.

A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field is often preferred, though not always mandatory. This education can provide advanced knowledge in business operations, management, and customer service.
