We are seeking a highly experienced VP of Operations for our company. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the company’s operations-related tasks, activities, and projects and leading business operations to contribute to the overall success of the company. You will be responsible for identifying and implementing new technologies, processes, and systems to improve organizational operations, establishing operations policies and standards, and ensuring the successful execution of operations-related projects.
In addition, you will establish and monitor operations budgets and expenses, collaborate with the HR department on hiring new team members, communicate progress and issues with other executives, and analyze the organizational structure.

Duties and responsibilities
