We are looking for a competent Campus Recruiter who will help us find and recruit talented individuals. As a Campus Recruiter, you will be primarily responsible for assessing the company’s hiring needs and developing hiring specifications. You will visit college career fairs and campuses to liaise with students and graduates, distribute promotional material, and promote job openings through online and offline communities.
Your job will also include discovering prospective individuals, reviewing resumes, and conducting interviews and evaluation tests. You will collaborate with other professionals on developing and implementing recruitment strategies and plan and host career days in the company. In the end, you will manage the recruitment database, hiring profiles, and applicant documentation.
As a Campus Recruiter, you should have excellent communication, organizational, marketing, analytical, and computer skills.
Duties and responsibilities
- Assess the hiring needs of the company and develop hiring specifications accordingly
- Visit college career fairs and campuses to interact with students and graduates to promote the company
- Organize and host career days for students and graduates according to their field of expertise and education

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, human resources management, or a related field
- Relevant previous experience in HR or recruitment
- In-depth knowledge of HR and recruitment processes and regulations
- Solid marketing and hiring experience
