Our company is hiring an Account Assistant who will help our accounting team with daily duties. Your main job as an Account Assistant will include providing administrative and clerical support to the accounting team and receiving, processing, and filing paperwork, invoices, and correspondence. You will oversee daily communication and assist clients with their questions, ensure client information and transactions are accurate and complete, and schedule meetings and appointments.

Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate client accounts, payments, records, and transactions, assisting with the preparation of financial statements, audits, and forecasts, and handling bank reconciliations.
