We are hiring an Advertising Executive who will lead our advertising team. You will meet with clients and discuss their advertising needs, goals, and preferences. You will then collaborate with creative and advertising teams on developing and producing engaging advertising campaigns based on the client’s objectives and goals. You will research various industries and markets to gain insight into specific requirements and customer behavior to create campaigns that will successfully achieve mutual goals.

Duties and responsibilities
- Meet and consult with clients to determine their advertising goals and needs
- Act as a link between clients and the advertising agency and maintain regular contact with both sides

- Collaborate with advertising and creative teams on designing and executing campaigns based on client’s goals and needs
- Supervise all stages of the campaign production, including market research, promotional materials, promotional events, launches, etc
- Coordinate the design team, pitch creative ideas and concepts, and review copy and design material
- Research and understand the client’s business activities to create customized and convenient advertising campaigns
- Manage campaign budgets and schedules and set project deadlines
- Identify new advertising trends, methods, and techniques
- Supervise the development of print ads, TV commercials, web ads, social media posts, etc
- Evaluate the effectiveness and success of campaigns to determine if they are achieving goals
- Negotiate campaign details and prices with clients
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in advertising, marketing, communications, business, or design
- At least 3 years of managerial experience in the advertising or marketing industry
- In-depth knowledge of advertising processes, techniques, and methods
