Our company is searching for an Area Sales Manager to help us lead our sales operations in a particular area. You will be mainly responsible for planning, developing, and implementing sales goals, targets, and strategies to grow the company’s sales revenue and increase sales performance. You will guide and motivate team members to achieve sales targets, monitor and evaluate their performance, and hire new people.
Additionally, you will establish relationships with customers, constantly expand the customer base, and ensure their satisfaction. You will also conduct market research and sales forecasting, create sales reports, document customer activity and correspondence, ensure accurate billing, and oversee daily administration, inventory, and materials.
