We are hiring a qualified and motivated Assistant Property Manager into our team to support general activities at the property. In this position, you will assist the Property Manager in performing daily administrative and clerical duties. Your responsibilities include scheduling property viewings, meeting and interviewing potential tenants, inspecting property conditions, overseeing maintenance activities, and identifying, resolving, and reporting problems and issues to the Property Manager.
Your main purpose as an Assistant Property Manager is to provide an exquisite customer service experience to current and potential tenants by answering their questions and making them feel welcomed and comfortable. You will also collect and organize resident files, records, contracts, and payments. Our ideal candidate for this position has excellent communication, customer service, organization, problem-solving, and computer skills.
