Our sales department is looking for an Assistant Store Manager to hire. You will be working directly with the Store Manager on planning, developing, and implementing strategies to increase sales and attract customers. Furthermore, you will be assisting in daily business operations, including human resources, customer service, and merchandising. You will supervise and evaluate employee performance, interview and train new team members, and ensure sales goals and objectives are met.
As an Assistant Store Manager, your main goal is to ensure activities in stores are performed smoothly and professionally. Duties and responsibilities
- Assist Store Manager in business operations, human resources, customer service, and merchandising
- Assist in planning, developing, and implementing strategies to increase sales and attract customers
