Do I need to be an AvaHR customer?
No, though plenty of our affiliates are. What matters is that you actually talk to small employers who hire. If you have never seen the product, we will get you a walkthrough so you are not recommending something you have not used.
How big does my audience have to be?
There is no minimum. A bookkeeper with thirty clients converts better than a general business newsletter with thirty thousand readers, because the recommendation is personal and the timing is right.
When do I actually get paid?
Commission is earned once a referral becomes a paying account and clears their first payment. Payouts run monthly by direct deposit or PayPal, with no minimum to reach first.
What if my referral cancels?
Your commission stops with their subscription. Nothing gets clawed back from what you have already been paid. This is why the program rewards sending people who genuinely need it rather than chasing signups.
Can I run paid ads on your brand name?
No. Bidding on AvaHR-branded search terms is not allowed, and neither is coupon or deal-site posting. Both cost the program more than they bring in. Content, email, community and word of mouth are what this is built for.
Is there a separate program for agencies and resellers?
Yes. If you want to manage hiring inside your clients' accounts rather than refer them, that is a partner arrangement rather than an affiliate one. Say so in your application and we will point you at the right team.
