Our company is hiring a result-oriented Business Process Manager to join our team. Your main responsibility will be to manage and supervise business processes within the company. You will review and evaluate business processes and procedures to identify areas of improvement and set goals and objectives across departments. You will establish and implement new policies and procedures that should result in increased productivity and efficiency.
In addition, your job will be to assist in the development of strategic plans and standards, research markets to identify new business opportunities, and write and update progress and feedback reports for senior executives. In the end, you will recruit and train new team members, as well as evaluate the performance of other employees.
