We are searching for a qualified candidate who will join our company as a Client Service Coordinator. In this position, you will act as a primary liaison between the company and its clients and coordinate interactions and communication between them. Your job will be to provide direct assistance to clients regarding the company’s products, services, or business proposals, connect clients to relevant departments, and ensure they receive the best customer care and experience.
Additionally, you will schedule meetings with clients, company representatives, and other parties, address and resolve any problems or inquiries from clients, and provide administrative support if needed. You will also maintain accurate databases of clients’ information and accounts.
