Our company is looking for an experienced Engagement Manager to join our team. As our Engagement Manager, your primary job will be to establish and nurture positive relationships and trust with our clients. You will help clients plan and execute projects and strategic campaigns for their businesses, track the progress of projects and campaigns to ensure efficiency and conduct research to implement new strategic plans for engagement.
You will be responsible for analyzing and evaluating data to measure the effectiveness and success of engagement campaigns and projects and implementing changes and modifications to improve project performance. You will also handle clients’ accounts, resolve issues and concerns, and ensure projects and campaigns adhere to the company’s policies.
You should have the ability to build and maintain strong and professional relationships with clients, as well as excellent problem-solving, project management, communication, and analytical skills.
Duties and responsibilities
- Establish and maintain positive and trustworthy relationships with clients to manage all phases of their engagement
- Develop a strategic plan for clients’ projects by evaluating their business needs and opportunities
- Assist clients with implementing and planning projects effectively
- Collaborate with sales teams to upsell products and services to clients
- Track the progress of clients’ projects and provide assistance and suggestions as needed
- Manage campaigns to increase brand awareness and sustain loyalty among clients
- Act as the main point of contact between the company and its clients
- Conduct research to come up with effective strategic plans for engagement
- Analyze and evaluate data to measure the effectiveness and success of engagement strategies and campaigns

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business management, business administration, marketing, economics, or a related field
- Previous working experience in project management, sales, customer service, or marketing
- Applicable knowledge of Microsoft Office and customer relationship management (CRM)
- Valid project management certification is an advantage (e.g. PMP, CAPM)
- Outstanding relationship-building and communication skills
