We are searching for an outgoing and friendly individual to join us as a Club Promoter. In this position, you will be responsible for promoting club events through social media, brochures, flyers, and other means. You will participate in the development of marketing material and the appropriate event theme, liaise and book DJs, singers, bands, and other performers, and negotiate with their managers or agents.
Your main goal will be to promote a positive atmosphere and reputation and establish relationships with quests, managers, performers, and others. You will also plan VIP lists and packages, sell tickets, and encourage guests to purchase food and beverages to increase the club’s revenue.
As a Club Promoter, you should have a confident and attentive personality, as well as exceptional communication, sales, marketing, and organizational skills.
Duties and responsibilities
- Promote and publicize club events through social media. Flyers, brochures, and other means
- Collaborate with club managers to select the appropriate event theme and other aspects based on the clientele and other factors
- Promote an enjoyable atmosphere and entertainment to attract guests
- Liaise with and book singers, DJs, bands, and other performers
- Coordinate with performers, lighting technicians, security staff and other staff members to ensure the organization runs smoothly
- Manage budget requirements for a particular event
- Develop and distribute special promotions and marketing materials
- Plan VIP lists and packages and sell tickets

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field
- Working experience as a Club Promoter, Event Manager, or a similar role
- Sound knowledge of different marketing and promotional methods and techniques
