We are searching for an experienced and reliable Compliance Coordinator to join our company. As a Compliance Coordinator, you will ensure the company is following all relevant and industry-related laws, regulations, and standards. You will be responsible for overseeing the activities of the company’s compliance, collecting and reviewing compliance data across departments, and preparing accurate compliance reports for senior management.
Additionally, you will be tasked with researching, developing, and implementing new compliance policies and procedures and ensuring all employees adhere to them. You will maintain internal audit policies in accordance with best practices and identify and report compliance violations to relevant authorities. You will also educate employees on the new company’s policies and terms.
Ultimately, you should have in-depth knowledge of all industry-specific regulations and laws, as well as exceptional communication, attention to detail, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
Duties and responsibilities

- Evaluate and identify areas of significant business risks
- Perform and maintain internal audit policies and procedures in accordance with local and international best practices

- Review and assess new products, systems, and procedures

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in law, risk management, finance, business administration, or a related field
- A Master’s degree in business administration or risk management is an advantage
- Certification from the International Compliance Association
- Prior working experience in a compliance role or legal environment
