We are looking for a qualified individual to join our company as a Director of Administration. In this position, you will be primarily responsible for leading and supervising administrative activities and operations across the company’s departments. You will ensure efficient workflow within departments, manage HR functions, such as hiring and training new employees, manage financial assets and liabilities, develop budgets, and prepare financial reports and documents.
In addition, you will be responsible for delegating tasks to team members, evaluating their performance, and ensuring they have adequate resources and supplies to perform their duties well. You will also liaise and negotiate with vendors and partners and develop the company’s policies and procedures.
