Our company is looking for an organized and driven Administrative Manager to oversee our administrative department. As our Administrative Manager, you will be responsible for managing and monitoring administrative operations and activities in the administrative department and hiring and training administrative staff members. You will be responsible for planning ways to streamline various administrative processes, evaluating staff performance, and coordinating administrative procedures and policies.
Moreover, you will assist other departments in setting and managing budgets, expenses, financial and HR documents, and employee files. Your goal will be to ensure a smooth flow of information between departments and create a pleasant and productive working environment for your team.
