We are seeking a Duty Manager for our team. As a Duty Manager, you will be responsible for managing daily operations and activities within your department and leading, training, and motivating members of your team. You will collaborate with other managers to evaluate and improve the company’s processes and policies, delegate specific tasks and duties to team members, schedule shifts, approve paid time off, and organize and lead team meetings.
In addition, you will create and manage budgets, track expenses, allocate funds, analyze monthly and annual performance reports, and evaluate the performance of your team members. In the end, you will also participate in the development and implementation of marketing strategies.
