We are searching for a creative Fashion Merchandiser to work with our fashion team. As a Fashion Merchandiser, you will be in charge of creating and setting attractive, appealing, and fashionable visual store displays and layouts at multiple locations. Additionally, you will collaborate and negotiate with suppliers, designers, and vendors, as well as develop and implement engaging marketing campaigns and strategies using your broad fashion and marketing knowledge.

Duties and responsibilities
- Create and set attractive and appealing visual store designs that suit the market and fashion trends
- Research and predict the latest fashion trends, seasonal changes, and business opportunities
- Establish, develop, and implement merchandise and marketing strategies with the marketing department
- Purchase the appropriate apparel and accessories to complete designs
- Collaborate and negotiate with designers, suppliers, and distributors
- Ensure stores and sufficiently stocked to complete visual designs
- Develop innovative and creative ideas for fashion shows, events, and parties
- Display fashion products in events to expand the customer base
- Collect customer feedback regarding the merchandise collection and take into account their preferences and requirements
- Write and keep records of sales reports and monitor sales activities to identify the best-selling products
- Create catalogs and other advertising materials
- Collaborate with photographers, models, make-up artists, and other personnel to develop an effective marketing campaign
Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree in merchandising, fashion design, sales, or a related field
- Previous working experience as a Fashion Merchandiser or a Visual Merchandiser
- Extended knowledge of the latest fashion trends and marketing strategies
- A good fashion sense to establish creative and eye-catching visual designs
