We are looking for a Copier Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing and configuring copiers, printers, fax machines, and other office equipment, performing routine, preventive, and diagnostic maintenance to ensure smooth functioning. You will troubleshoot and resolve technical malfunctions, repair equipment, and suggest upgrades and replacements based on usage trends.
Additionally, you will monitor and manage orders and stock of new equipment, parts, and materials, utilize diagnostic tools to determine the cause of malfunctions, and prepare diagnostic reports and training manuals. Ultimately, you will provide customer service and support to users and train them on how to use the equipment appropriately.
For this role, you should have excellent technical knowledge of office equipment, as well as outstanding problem-solving, attention to detail, communication, and organizational skills.

Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- 2+ years of working experience as a Copier Technician or a similar role
- Associate’s degree in electronics installations, electronics repair, or a relevant certification or training program
- Strong knowledge of office equipment and machines and related technology
- Solid knowledge of computer and copier management software
- Exceptional troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
