Our company is looking for an experienced and goal-driven Marketing Executive who will lead our marketing department and improve our marketing efforts. As our Marketing Executive, your main responsibilities will be to supervise marketing operations and activities and develop and implement marketing plans, strategies, and campaigns that will maintain our brand awareness, increase sales, promote products and services, and reach the target audience.
Additionally, you will be responsible for conducting market research to identify trends and new business opportunities, as well as to research customer behavior, needs, concerns, and buying habits. You will prepare and distribute online and printed marketing materials, monitor social media channels, and manage budgets.

Duties and responsibilities
- Monitor and supervise marketing operations and activities in the marketing department
- Develop and implement marketing plans, strategies, and campaigns to create brand identity and reach the target audience
- Monitor and research market trends to identify new business opportunities
- Research customer behavior to identify their preferences, needs, concerns, and buying habits
- Collaborate with other marketing professionals to develop campaign names, slogans, and other graphic elements
- Establish and manage budgets and plan budgets for all marketing activities
- Review and evaluate the success and performance of marketing campaigns to ensure goals are being met
- Prepare and analyze marketing reports and metrics
- Draft and prepare marketing materials such as flyers, posters, newsletters, social media posts, etc
- Write and proofread copy for online and print campaigns and materials

- Arrange the successful distribution of marketing materials
- Organize and attend events, conferences, meetings, seminars, exhibitions, etc.
